Founded by Bill Martin, who is celebrating over fifty years in the industry this year, Metro Express Car Wash has established a strong presence in the Inland Northwest, with locations in Idaho, Washington, and Montana.
The company is renowned for its well-trained associates, efficient management style, and innovative technology. This combination of experience and innovation has garnered Metro Express Car Wash prestigious honors such as “Best Workplace” by Idaho’s Best and “Best of Treasure Valley.”
Founder Bill Martin, a past president of the International Car Wash Association (ICA), has been inducted into the ICA Hall of Fame and will receive a Lifetime Achievement award from the Southwest Car Wash Association in early 2024. These accolades reflect the company’s dedication to excellence and leadership in the industry.

Opened his first car wash, Rain Tunnel Car Wash, in Kansas City, MO

The second Rain Tunnel Car Wash was opened in Kansas City, KS

- Bill moved to Boise and purchased a car wash on Fairview
- Opened Nu Look Car Wash in Boise, ID
